REFUND POLICY
Returns must be made within 14 days with receipt. Items returned must be in their original condition with all tags still attached, no signs of wear and tear, no makeup or present stains, free from animal hair/scent, or cigarette smoke. If no receipt, or after 14 days, an exchange can be made for the current price of an item. Online orders- customer is responsible for shipping the item back, shipping is not refunded & website fees are deducted from refund.
